Your sponsorship in cooperation with Horizon Community Church directly impacts your local communities through various youth and compassion outreach programs. Some programs include Childrens Receiving Home of Sacramento, Homestart, which provides clothing and food closets for the homeless, Youth Vacation Bible School, and a local youth center to connect with troubled teens.
